THE NITROLOGY LABORATORY ON WHEELS IS WHERE WE CONCOCT THE CREAMIEST, FRESHEST ICE CREAM KNOWN TO SCIENCE.

Liquid nitrogen is the secret ingredient to creating our creamy fresh chemistry. The delicious vanilla cream base is flash-frozen at -320° F – right before your eyes! The nitrogen evaporates, leaving the richest, fullest-flavored ice cream you’ll ever eat. We then customize the ice cream to your taste with loads of optional mix-ins and toppings.

OUR ICE CREAMISTS

Our head ice-creamists, Daniel & Austin, dreamt of bringing nitrogen ice cream to the masses after trying the frozen concoction while on an exploratory mission. With some experimentation and loads of hard work, the two perfected the science of cool and built America's first nitrogen ice cream food truck. Today, the mobile ice cream lab travels year-round—bringing good taste and good cheer to all.
